Abstract:
Brain drain is regarded as a global phenomenon, although it is more evident in developing countries, including Egypt, as a developing countries export human brain drains in various desciplines to develop countries, and then this reflected in the capabilities of development in countries exporting human brain drains, which results in a great loss to these countries. It is therefore important to study this phenomenon of human brain drain and its impact on educational investment (case study of Egypt) with a view to diagonising the phenomenon globally, Arab and locally and deduction of recommendations in addition to proposals that can reduce this phenomenon in the future in away that benefits Egyptian higher education institutions & increases opportunities for human investment in these creative minds, which in turn reflect on the development of society in all areas of life.
