The Role of Internal Communication in Developing the Organizational Performance in The Private Universities in the City of Riyadh.

Abstract  
This study aims to explore the relationship between internal communications and organizational performance in private universities in the city of Riyadh, which will verify this questionable relationship, and will answer the following questions: What is the reality of the practice of internal communications in private universities in the city of Riyadh? What is the level of organizational performance in private universities in the city of Riyadh? What is the relationship between internal communication and organizational performance? The study is a descriptive (causal) study to describe the reality of internal communication practices and the levels of organizational performance, on a sample of the private Saudi universities. Also, the study is investigating the existence of a correlation between the internal communication as independent variable and the organizational performance as dependent variable. The results of the study confirmed the existence of a correlation between internal communication and organizational performance. Also, the study recommended that additional research in this area include a more thorough investigation of the intervening variables that mediate the relationship between internal communication and  organizational performance in universities such as managerial expertise, organizational culture and employee productivity. On the other hand, the study could be extended to the public universities and might be also attended to all type of public and private organizations in Saudi Arabia.
